O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) 38/2016 This is an application filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter the 'Act') seeking assistance of this Court for summoning following witnesses for deposition before the Arbitrator:-

1. The concerned officer from the State Bank of India A-18, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi-110028.

2. Shri Ramanand Gupta S/o Shri Munsiram Gupta R/o D-65, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi

3. Any official from the police station, Naraina Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi

The Arbitrator has, at a hearing on 20.08.2016, permitted the petitioner to approach this Court for seeking the assistance for summoning the said witnesses and has fixed a hearing on 04.10.2016 at 2:00 PM for the appearance of the above named witnesses along with the relevant record. The application is allowed and the Registry is directed to issue dasti notices for production of the witnesses along with the relevant record as indicated in paragraph 5 of the petition before the Arbitrator on 04.10.2016 at 2:00 PM.

The application is disposed of.
