% 27.09.2016 Petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months to take care of his wife who has to undergo surgery on 4th October, 2016. Petitioner's wife has to be hospitalised on 1st October, 2016. These facts have been verified by the State. Petitioner was released on furlough on earlier occasions and he has not misused the concession granted to him. Keeping in mind the above facts, petitioner is granted parole of three weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. After completion of parole period petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. However, it is made clear that in

case surgery does not take place on 4th October, 2016, petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the very next day, that is, on 5th October, 2016.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
