(E) (COMM.) 11/2017 This petition is filed under section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking to summon the records pertaining to Account No.0-005503-221 of the respondent Fairy Estates Pvt.Ltd. for the period 1.8.2008 to 31.3.2009 through an official of M/s.Citi Bank Ltd., Nehru Place, New Delhi, for 22.5.2017 before the learned Arbitral Tribunal at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi at 4:00 PM. Reliance is placed on the order of the learned Tribunal dated 3.5.2017 by which permission was granted to seek summons of the said witnesses and on the order of the learned Arbitrator dated 20.4.2017 wherein no objections of the respondents to the said summoning was also noted.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Summons be issued to the Citi Bank, Nehru Place for appearance of its official with necessary record as stated above before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi High Court at 4:00 PM on 22.5.2017. Petition stands disposed of.
