Keeping in view the averments made in the appeal the grievance must relate to such orders wherein the company applications filed by the appellant are not being decided and the matter being deferred resulting in the impugned order continuing to operate against the appellant. 2.

whose authority the instant appeal has been filed seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with right reserved to challenge, in addition the orders passed after the order dated February 08, 2016 has been passed. 3.

Granting liberty as prayed for the appeal and the accompanying applications are disposed of as withdrawn.
