% 20.11.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apart from the present proceedings, arbitration proceeding has also taken place between the parties where an award has been passed against the petitioner. It is urged that pursuant to the award now no pending claim against the respondent survives. She accordingly submits that she would like to withdraw the present petition.

The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
