versus HARIJAN SEVAK SANGH THR ITS SECRETARY..... Respondent Through
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH
O R D E R
% 07.10.2016 1.
Though the present petition is filed to impugn the order dated 11.07.2016, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate order is passed directing the trial court to expeditiously dispose of the suit. He submits that the petitioner has retired and has not got retiral benefits.
2.
As far as the merits of the order dated 11.07.2016 are concerned, I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. 3.
However, the trial court may expeditiously dispose of the suit of the petitioner and shall endeavour not to grant any adjournment to the parties in case any such request is made.
4.
The petition is disposed of.
