% 13.02.2018 Impugned order of 12th February, 2016 (Annexure P-1) rejects petitioner's Representation without taking into account the grounds taken in W.P.(C) 10248/2015.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is permitted to make a fresh and comprehensive Representation incorporating the grounds taken in W.P.(C) 10248/2015 to respondent - Directorate of Education within two weeks. If such a Representation is received, respondent- Directorate of Education shall reconsider the impugned order of 12th February, 2016 (Annexure P-1) in light of decision in W.P.(C) 10248/2015 and pass a speaking order on petitioner's Representation within six weeks and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks W.P.(C) 5804/2017

thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
