% 19.10.2016 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that vide order dated 28th March, 2016 passed in Bail Appl. No.570/2016, trial court was directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months.

However, trial has not yet been concluded.

Learned additional standing counsel submits that statements of accused persons are being recorded.

Trial court is requested to conclude the trial within two months from today by giving short dates.

Bail application is disposed of as not pressed, in view of the above directions.
