% 17.05.2016 I.A. Nos.6220-21/2016 These two applications have been preferred to record the settlement arrived at between the plaintiff and defendant no.1 on the one hand, and the plaintiff and defendant no.2 on the other hand.

The first application is signed by the authorised representative of the plaintiff and defendant no.1 as also the counsels for the parties. It is also supported by the affidavit of Jeremie Vaquer, the constituted attorney of the plaintiff and the affidavit of defendant no.1. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the said settlement

is accepted.

Similarly, the second application i.e. I.A. No. 6221/2016 has been signed by the authorised representative of the plaintiff and director of defendant no.2 and is also signed by counsels for the parties. This application is also supported by the affidavit of Jeremie Vaquer, the constituted attorney of the plaintiff as also the affidavit of Mr. Tulsi Dass, director of defendant no.2 company.

The terms of the settlement recorded in this application appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the said settlement is accepted. Accordingly, the suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement recorded in these two applications, which shall continue to bind the parties. VIPIN SANGHI, J MAY 17, 2016 sr
