ORDER

% 27.09.2016 Petitioners and complainant have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 26^*^ September, 2016. ^3,00,000/- has been paid by the petitioners to complainant vide demand draft. Photocopy whereof has been placed on record. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on bail subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ^15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each with one surety of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned. Bail applications are disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
