% 18.05.2015 Petitioner has already been granted parole for 15 days vide order dated 28th April, 2015. It is submitted that parole was applied on the ground of marriage of sister, which was scheduled for 25th April, 2015. However, application was disposed of on 28th April, 2015. Subsequently, marriage of petitioner's sister has been re-scheduled for 5th June, 2015. It is submitted that petitioner will avail the parole, granted to him, pursuant to the order dated 28th April, 2015 in the end of May. Ordered accordingly.
