% 11.01.2016 C.M. NO.797/2016 The applicant seeks extension of time, stating that the proposal to comply with the Court's order dated 20.08.2015 are still underway and yet to be finalised. The Court notices that reliance was placed - in the final order of 20.08.2015 on a previous order of the Court in Ajay Suryavanshi and Ors. v. UOI and Ors. [W.P.(C) 1611/2015, decided on 22.04.2015]. In these circumstances, given that cadre review has not been undertaken for an inordinately long period of time, no ground is made out for extension of time.
