% 16.09.2016 Complainant is cousin of petitioner.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a quarrel took place between them over construction of the wall on the plot in Village Auchandi.
Complainant has alleged in the FIR that he was given beatings by petitioner and co-accused Jaideep and Parmeshwari.
It is submitted that complainant has already been discharged from hospital. Complainant is present in Court and has been identified by IO SI Amarjeet PS Bawana.
He submits that he has already settled the matter with his cousin, that is, petitioner. Co-accused Jaideep has already been released on anticipatory bail by the trial court. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered
that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
