% 17.08.2017 There are four petitioners before this Court. Learned counsel respondents inform this Court that affiliation has been granted to petitioner no.2 (Deshraj Private ITI). This being the admission position, the petition qua petitioner no.2 has become infrcutuous. Qua petitioner nos.1, 3 and 4 the respondents inform this Court that the petitioner institutes have been granted provisional affiliation subject to their filing all the Building Complete Certificate (BCC) related documents. On their undertaking to file the same on before 15.12.2017 and on their doing needful the case of the petitioners shall be process in accordance with law.
