CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA

O R D E R

% 12.05.2017 Crl. M.A. 7871/2017 (Exemption) Allowed subject to just exceptions.

BAIL APPLN. 882/2017 Status report filed. Heard. Perused.

The prime allegations are against the husband of the applicant. What stands out, however, is that the first informant is vague in indicating the date on which the money was handed over. Going by the allegations in the FIR, the allurement came sometime in July 2015. Assumably, the money had passed hands sometime in close proximity to the assurances held out at that stage. The FIR was lodged in April 2017. The case undoubtedly would require detailed investigation but the applicant can be put to terms.

The application is allowed. It is directed that in the event of she being arrested the petitioner shall be released on bail on she furnishing BAIL APPLN. 882/2017

a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions that she shall continue cooperating with the investigation and join the same as and when called upon to do so and shall not come in contact with or try to influence any of the witnesses connected to the case.

It is made clear that this order will inure only till the date of first appearance of the petitioner in the event of a charge-sheet being filed on conclusion of the investigation and process being issued against him by the court of cognizance.

Dasti.
