% 19.12.2016 Learned APP states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. The anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is not opposed since she has a nine month old child to look after. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. In case of her arrest, she shall be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioner shall not contact the complainant or seek to influence the complainant or any other witnesses or tamper with any evidence in the case.
