Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that certain additional grounds, which have factual basis, have by inadvertence not being mentioned as part of cause of action in the writ petition, and therefore, liberty is prayed to withdraw this petition and file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by including grounds stated not only in this petition but also other additional grounds.
