O R D E R

% 14.01.2016 I.A. No. 420/2016 This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC to record the settlement of the parties. The application has been signed by the plaintiffs' constituted attorney through learned counsel and the proprietor of the defendant. It is also supported by the affidavit of Mr. Christopher M. Turk, the constituted attorney of the plaintiff and the affidavit of Mohd. Junaid, the proprietor of the defendant.

The terms of the settlement recorded in paragraph 3 of the application, appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the said settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties.
