O R D E R

% 14.01.2016 I.A. No. 613/2016 This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC to record the settlement of the parties. The application has been signed by the plaintiffs' constituted attorney and the proprietor of the defendant/ Smt. Shanti Devi, and Mr. Gurdeep Setia, as well as learned counsel for the parties. It is also supported by the affidavit of Mr. Christopher M. Turk, the constituted attorney of the plaintiff and the affidavits of Smt. Shanti Devi and Mr.Gurdeep Setia.

The terms of the settlement recorded in paragraph 3 of the application, appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the said settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties.
