W.P.(C) 4510/2017 The only contention of Mr. Rajesh Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner is that against the order dated 18/19th January, 2017, the petitioner has made a representation as provided in the Rules, but the same has not been disposed of.

Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi, learned counsel who appears for respondent no.2 states that the same shall be disposed of within 8 weeks from today. Noting the aforesaid statement of Mr. Joshi, it is directed that authority concerned shall consider the representation dated 9th February, 2017 and dispose of the same by communicating the same to the petitioner

within an outer limit of 8 weeks from today. If the petitioner is still aggrieved with the order to be passed by the said authority, the petitioner shall have liberty to seek such remedy as available in law. The petition is disposed of.
