% 05.02.2018 Appellant No.1 is present in Court and prays for an adjournment. On the last date of hearing, Mr. Chirag Malhotra son of appellant No.1 had appeared and requested for an adjournment. Earlier on 08.12.2017 also request for an adjournment was made. The appellant has also not deposited Rs.1 crore in terms of the statement made by appellant No.1 on 14.07.2017. Mr. Sanjeev Malhotra states that he is not in a position to argue the matter.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
