CRL.M.C. 1984/2017 On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned APP submits that the bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi on 28.07.2016 in Bail Application No.983/2016. Since there is no change in circumstances, I do not find it a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed and disposed of accordingly. All pending application(s) (if any) also stand disposed of.
