The present Petition under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking cancellation of Bail granted to Respondent No.2-accused vide order dated 17.07.2018 passed by the learned Trial Court, in FIR No.654/2017 under Sections 376/376 (2F)/ 376 (2N)/509 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Sections 6 and 12 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Vijay Vihar, New Delhi.

and the prosecution evidence is being recorded. However, a direction be issued to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial, which is pending for last 7-8 years.

In view of the above submission, without prejudice to the rights of the parties, the present Petition is disposed of as not pressed, with direction to the learned Trial Court to make an effort to expeditiously conclude the trial.
