% 27.02.2019 Vide impugned order of 8th June, 2016, petitioner has been summoned for the offence under Sections 379/447 of IPC by trial court and the revisional court vide impugned order of 16th March, 2017 has dismissed the revision petition.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to raise the pleas taken herein before the trial court at the charge stage. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to take the pleas taken herein before the trial court at the charge stage and trial court shall pass a speaking order on charge while dealing with the submissions so raised on behalf of petitioner. The petition and the application are accordingly disposed of while not commenting upon merits.
