% 17.05.2017 Even though, notice could not be issued to respondent No.1 for want of process fee, Mr. Nilava Bandhopadhyay, Advocate who appears for respondent No.1 in other connected matters listed today, accepts notice for respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states the admission has been granted to the minor petitioner. He also states, an order has been issued by the Directorate of Education dated May 3, 2017 increasing the

upper age limit for admission to nursery class to 5 years for the academic session 2017-2018 in respect of EWS/DG category. He also states that the benefits of EWS category shall be provided to the minor petitioner. The said statements are taken on record. In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1, Mr. Jha states nothing further survives in the writ petition and the same be disposed of. The writ petition is disposed of, as such.
