% 20.11.2017 Respondent no.2 Prakash Kenganur is present in the Court today and has been identified by SI Laxman Choudhary of police station Greater Kailash-I. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with petitioner of his own free will and without any undue, force, pressure or coercion in as much as he has already received the settled amount of `2,22,699/-. He further submits that he has no objection if FIR No.55/2008 under sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at PS GK-1 is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between petitioner and respondent no.2 and the fact that entire settled amount has already been paid, FIR 55/2008 under sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at PS GK-1 and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
