% 20.09.2016 By the present transfer petition, the petitioners seek transfer of Appeal No. 1 of 2016 titled as Smt. Kamlesh & Ors. vs. EDMC relating to property No. C-28/4, First Floor, Tanki Road, Bhajanpura, Delhi which is pending in the court of District Judge East to any other District Judge North East Karkardooma Court.

The argument is that the property is situated within the jurisdiction of the North East District.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that they have no objection to the transfer.

Accordingly, the present transfer petition is allowed and Appeal No. 1 of 206 titled as Smt. Kamlesh & Ors. vs. EDMC is transferred to the court of District Judge, North East, Karkardoom Court, Delhi. JAYANT NATH, J SEPTEMBER 20, 2016 rb
