% 20.09.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 10th August 2016 passed in RC.REV. No.355/2015 wherein the respondent-tenant undertook to pay the entire balance amount within three weeks.

However, a perusal of the paper book reveals that the matter is still pending adjudication in RC.REV. No.355/2015 and the next date of hearing is 6th October, 2016.

Since the Court is still seized of the controversy, this Court disposes of the present contempt petition with a direction to the petitioner to bring the said default to the notice of the Coordinate Bench hearing RC.REV. No.355/2015.
