% 21.09.2017 This petition is filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator. Some of the relevant facts are that the petitioner on 06.01.2011 applied for booking of commercial office space in Grand Venezia Commercial Towers situated at Plot No. SH-3, Site IV, Industrial Area, Surajpur, Greater Noida, U.P., India.

Payments have also been made to the respondents. Disputes having arisen between the parties, the petitioner invoked the arbitration clause on 23rd May, 2016.

The learned counsel for the respondent has entered appearance. He submits that without prejudice to her rights and contentions to raise all objections including the object of maintainability before the learned

arbitrator she has no objection in case of Sole Arbitrator is appointed by the court under the aegis of Delhi International Mediation Centre. Accordingly, Mr. K.M. Singh, Advocate (Mobile No.9818333616) is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre, New Delhi (in short 'The DIAC'). A copy of this order be sent to the DIAC.

Petition stands disposed of as above.
