O R D E R

% 03.10.2016 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw prayers (b) and (c) of the writ petition. Accordingly, the same are deleted.

Consequently, the only surviving prayer that remains is as under:- "(a) Dispose of the representations/complaints dated 24.12.15, 11.4.16 and 18.4.16 as annexed as annexure P-1 and take action as per law.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Delhi Jal Board fairly states that the respondent shall dispose of the aforesaid representations within a period of twelve weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to Sh.Balraj against whom allegations have been levelled by the petitioner.

The statement made by learned counsel for respondent-DJB is accepted by this Court and the respondent-DJB is held bound by the same.

A copy of the order disposing of petitioner's representations shall be communicated to the petitioner by registered AD post. In view thereof, present writ petition stands disposed of. This Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
