Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice. He submits that the respondent have all intention to comply with the order of this court dated 05.10.2015. It is stated that he undertakes on behalf of the respondent that the balance payment as per the MOU dated 15.09.2015 would be paid within a period of three months from today. Taking on record this statement/undertaking and binding the respondent to the same, the application stands disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti under signatures of the court master, as prayed.
