O R D E R

% 08.03.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner had assailed the order dated 12.08.2016 of the learned ASJ in Criminal Revision Petition bearing no. 32/3/2016 confirming the framing of charge vide order dated 18.02.2016 in FIR No. 399/14 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at PS Mianwali Nagar and had sought discharge of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has now placed on record the true copy of the order dated 16.01.2018 issued in FIR no. 399/14 of the Court of MM-04, West, THC Delhi which indicates that pursuant to compounding of the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the petitioner has already been acquitted in relation to the FIR no. 399/14, PS Mianwali.

The petition has thus apparently become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.
