We are informed by the learned counsel for the respondents that the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.0271 dated 27.07.2016 registered at Police Station Rani Bagh has already been filed. In that view of the matter, since the said quashing petition pertains to the FIR, the same would obviously be decided independently in accordance with law. Those are criminal proceedings and we are not making any comments thereon. The other requirement for production of Directors before the learned single Judge on the next date of hearing is also complained of in the appeal (FAO (OS) 266/2016). We see no reason to interfere with the same. However, the appellant would be at liberty to seek exemption for some of the Directors by moving an appropriate application before the learned single Judge who would take a call on the matter.
The appeals are disposed of accordingly.
