2. Issue notice. Mr. Anuj Aggarwal, the learned ASC accepts notice. He states that the refund of the Petitioner has been processed. It is directed that within a period of 2 weeks the refund amount together with interest be paid directly to the account of the Petitioner. In the event that the Petitioner has any grievance, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
3. The petition is disposed of.
