The present petition was filed for setting aside the order dated 10th March, 2015. The matter first came up for hearing before this Court on 22.05.2015. Thereafter, it came up for hearing on 31.07.2015 and 07.09.2015. Nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 07.09.2015 even on the second call. Thereafter, in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned to 05.11.2015 and then again adjourned to 11.02.2016. On 11.02.2016 also, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned for today.

Today also, nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Perusal of the order sheets reveal that the petitioner does not appears to be interested in pursuing the present case.
