Two separate divorce petitions preferred by the petitioner / husband and the respondent / wife against each other are pending in two different courts. This petition has been filed for both to be considered by the same Family Court.

It is found to have been so observed, also by the Principal Judge, Family Court, East, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi in order dated 23rd February, 2017 in HMA No.1194/2016 filed by the respondent/wife. 5.

Though none appears but it is not deemed necessary to keep this petition pending or to even issue notice thereof. 6.

Since the petition filed by the respondent / wife is pending before Mr. R.P. Pandey, Principal Judge, Family Court, District East, Vishwas Nagar, TR.P.(C.) 110/2017

Delhi and the respondent / wife is also residing within the jurisdiction of that Court, it is deemed appropriate to transfer the divorce petition bearing HMA No.803/2016 filed by the petitioner / husband and pending in the Court of Sh. Yashwant Kumar, Principal Judge, District New Delhi, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to the Court of Sh. R.P. Pandey, Principal Judge, Family Court, District East, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi.

It is ordered accordingly.
