By way of this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking direction to learned Trial Court to defer the crossexamination of the respondent till the disposal of the SLP filed by the petitioner before Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the SLP has been filed, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court with request to seek adjournment on the next date of hearing i.e. on 12th May, 2017. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
