O R D E R

The learned counsel for the parties states that the parties had agreed for settlement of all dues with the defendants for a sum of ₹6,02,000/-. Out of the said, a sum of ₹2,00,000/- has already been paid and the defendant has also issued post dated cheques for the balance amount. The learned counsel for the defendants also states that the said cheques would be honoured on presentation.

In view of the above, the present cause does not survive and the suit and all the pending applications are disposed of with liberty to the plaintiff to revive the same in case the post dated cheques are not honoured. VIBHU BAKHRU, J MAY 15, 2017 MK
