The limited claim made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the application for provisional release of goods under Section 110 A of the Customs Act should be considered given the nature of the seized articles. This court is of the opinion- after hearing the counsel for the parties, if the request is raised in the circumstances, the respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within 10 days from today.
The writ petition is disposed of after granting due hearing with all the rights and contentions reserved.
