O R D E R
% 25.08.2017 1.
The appellant is present in Court and has produced her passbook in respect of savings bank A/c No.1501000101420177 with Punjab National Bank, West Punjabi Bagh. The appellant has also produced her Aadhaar cad and PAN card.

The appellant has handed over Form 15G of the Income Tax Rules to counsel for the respondent so that the TDS amount is not deducted by the respondent.

Let the amount in terms of the judgment dated 21st July, 2017 be deposited by the respondent with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch within a period of two weeks from today.

Upon the aforesaid deposit, UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch shall disburse the amount in the following manner: (i) Rs.9,60,000/- be kept in 120 FDRs of Rs.8,000/- each for the period 1 month to 120 months each in the name of the appellant, Kalpana Das
@ Kalpna Das with cumulative interest.

The balance amount, after keeping Rs.9,60,000/- in FDRs, be released to appellant Kalpana Das by transferring the same to her aforesaid savings bank account with Punjab National Bank.

The maturity amounts of the FDRs along with interest shall be transferred to the aforesaid savings bank account of appellant. 7.
All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch.
However, the statement containing FDR number, FDR amount, date of maturity and the maturity amount be furnished to respondents/beneficiaries.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

Punjab National Bank, West Punjabi Bagh is directed not to issue any cheque book or debit card to the appellant and if the same have already been issued, Punjab National Bank shall cancel the same within two weeks from today. The appellant shall approach Punjab National Bank along with copy of this order and Punjab National Bank is directed to make an endorsement on the passbook that no cheque book or debit card shall be issued without the permission of this Court.
The original passbook be produced by the appellant before this Court on the next date of hearing. 10.
The appellant is at liberty to approach this Court for pre-mature discharge of the FDRs in case of any financial exigency. 11.
List for reporting compliance on 19th September, 2017. 12.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
