% 16.09.2016 Crl. M.A. No. 14410/2016 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. W.P.(CRL) 2707/2016 Vide order dated 4th August, 2016 passed in WP (Crl.) No. 1991/2016, petitioner was released on parole for a period of one month to enable him to file Special Leave Petition. It is submitted that Special Leave Petition has been filed and was taken up on 26th August, 2016. Notice was issued to the respondents in the Special Leave Petition. Matter was to be listed on 13th September, 2016 but could not be listed as 13th September, 2016 was declared holiday on account of Idu'l Zuha. Learned counsel

submits that Special Leave Petition is likely to be listed on 3rd October, 2016.

Accordingly, parole of the petitioner is extended on the same terms and conditions upto 5th October, 2016.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
