Copy has been furnished to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the loan had been given by the complainant to three other persons; he had admittedly not taken the loan. This is evident from the status report filed by the State.

However, the property of the present petitioner had been used by the aforenoted three persons as a security to the complainant.

These facts are disputed by the petitioner.

Petitioner will join investigation as and when summoned by the investigating officer.

He shall -fully cooperate with the investigation. He shall appear before the investigation officer on 09.7.2015 at 3.30 p.m. as also as and when summoned by the investigating officer.

Till then no arrest.
