% 21.09.2016 Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, we consider it appropriate to direct the respondent No.2/North Delhi Municipal Corporation to consider the allegations made in the writ petition by treating the same as a representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of being heard to the owners of the three properties mentioned in the writ petition. Such order shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as the owners of the properties within eight weeks from today.
