% 14.03.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent upon instruction from his client states that within four weeks from today the respondent shall release the bank guarantee amount to the petitioner in order to resolve the full and final settlement between the parties. Let the same be done within four weeks from today. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioner does not press this petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to get the same revive in case the payment is not made by the respondent within four weeks from today and in case the said amount is paid, the arbitration dispute between the parties comes to an end. The parties will take the necessary steps before the Bank in this regard. The petition is disposed of.
