The present suit has been filed by the Plaintiff for recovery of a sum of Rs.4,26,67,099/- along with pendent lite and future interest @ 24% per annum till the date of actual realization in favour of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant.

It is stated that during the pendency of the suit, the Parties had been referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and vide a Settlement Agreement dated 27.05.2024, the Parties have entered into a settlement which reads as under:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
