O R D E R

% 15.05.2015 Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that a complaint was received from the petitioner and he has been provided mobile number of Station House Officer of police station Ashok Vihar. He further submits that telephone number of Divisional Officer and Beat Constable would also be provided to the petitioner so that in case of any threat from anyone he may contact on these numbers.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent no. 3 to ensure safety of the petitioner who is aged about 73 years. Respondent no. 3 shall also ensure that beat constable visits the house of the petitioner every day.
