% 07.12.2017 The order impugned before this court is the order passed by the Northern Regional Committee. As rightly pointed by the learned counsel for the respondent under Section 18 of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) Act, 1993 an appeal would lie against this order to the appellate body which is the National Council for Teacher Education.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. The appropriate forum i.e, is National Council for Teacher Education shall dispose of the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of six weeks.
