% 22.11.2016 Learned counsels for the parties have submitted that they have arrived at a settlement after the decree and pursuant to that the judgment debtors have paid `70 lakhs by way of a demand draft Sr.No.21579 dated 21.11.2016 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Naraina Vihar, New Delhi, photocopy of the which is placed on record. Counsel for the decree holder has submitted that since pursuant to this settlement the decree stands satisfied, he wants to withdraw the present execution petition.

In view of the submissions, the decree stands satisfied and the property bearing no.255, Sainik Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi-34 attached vide order 26.05.2015 stands released.

The execution petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
