% 24.01.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ` 7.5 lacs has already been deposited in terms of the order dated 17.05.2017. Petitioner has no objection in case petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 17.05.2017. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 says that the complainant has no objection in case the petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order, whereby condition of deposit of ` 20 lacs was reduced to ` 7.5 lacs. Ordered accordingly.
