There can be no parity claimed by the two co-accused both brother-inlaw, one named Gaurv and other also similarly named, but spelt out as Gaurav, by orders dated 26.04.2017 and 03.05.2017. Aside from the allegations of cruelty for dowry, there are allegations of physical violence against the applicant/petitioner he being the husband of the first informant. He evaded joining investigation as and when called upon by the investigating officer. There is evidence available of he having tried to exert criminal intimidation against the complainant so as to compel her to withdraw the allegations. In the overall facts and circumstances, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Applications stand dismissed.
